2 Utica teens on bicycles accused of forcibly stealing another teen’s cellphone, wallet

New ownership for Doyle Building in Utica

Circle 8 Development sold the 82,000 square feet building and parking lot situated on 1.16 acres to Doyle Hardware for $1,100,000. The Doyle Hardware Building is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places in 1993 allowing it to participate in historical and state tax programs.
